I don’t dissect the symptoms, I go directly to what caused the symptoms in the first place. If you wonder what that healing journey looks like, I explain the different stages you may experience.

I wholeheartedly believe you need to heal your past trauma (whatever that may be) to be able to live mindfully in the present. To be mindful is to be made aware of your thoughts, your emotions, your actions, your behaviours, and the events that happen as a result. To be mindful of all of these aspects is where the transformation can take place.
